Imagine how you’d feel if you had to wait around 7 and 1/2 years for something that you really wanted. That’s the place that David found himself in, before becoming King over Israel. As we’re about to see today on a Daily Walk, there was a divine reason behind the delay. Pastor John Randall will point out that David’s road to the throne was a difficult one, but he serves as a great example on how to seek the Lord for direction and wait on the Lord in difficult times.
