Today on Abounding Grace we notice the great sacrifice that came with being an apostle. And it’s a reminder to us of the great cost attached to ministry. Pastor Ed Taylor opens Second Corinthians eleven and if we had to sum up the latter half of the chapter in a word, it would be sacrifice! As we recall the apostle Paul’s spiritual resume, you’ll quickly realize sacrifice and difficulty were a big part of it.
