Heaven in not simply a destination - for the Christian it’s a motivation. That’s what the apostle Paul wanted the Corinthian Church to know and believe. In Second Corinthians chapter five, we are reminded that we all will give an account to the Lord for the things that we’ve done on earth – even believers. That ought to inspire us to make it our goal to please the Lord.
