If God would only do this or that…or perform some sort of miracle to prove His existence… then I’d believe! If you’ve not said that yourself, I’m sure you’ve heard that a time or two from your unbelieving friends. But as we’ll learn today on According to the Scriptures a miracle-based faith both displeases and dishonors God! A much better route to take is a faith that’s based in God’s Word and His promises.
