When people rebel against God's ethics, their understanding is blinded and ridiculous ideas and distortion begin to replace truth. It seems that even common sense is no more. When this happens people bring disaster upon themselves. One thing is certain, truth will never die. Jesus is the truth and His truth will never be destroyed.
