Children need to feel like they belong in their families, have a healthy sense of worth, and believe they can do what is required of them. Parenting is a difficult job, and no one is perfect. When we fail, we must remember that our heavenly Father has forgiven us and wiped our slate clean. Then we can continue to be the kind of parents He calls us to be with renewed strength.
