While the Bible encourages us to ask God for things, and even to be persistent, once He has answered our prayer we need to accept the answer He’s given, even if it’s “no.” God always has a purpose and a plan for the answers He gives, and sometimes us learning to trust Him is better than getting what we want in the moment.
