Indolent, lackadaisical, apathetic. These are just a few words used to describe those who Paul the apostle was warning the church in Thessalonica about. The fact that Paul actually commanded in the name of Jesus shows that this wasn’t a side issue, but something to be taken seriously. This was an issue that the church was previously warned about, now being reminded again. Pastor Jeff Johnson says that there were people in the fellowship who’s End Times understanding was lacking.
