In world war 2, France’s eastern fortification, called the Maginot Line, was said to be impregnable against German forces. But the Nazis easily overran it in 1940. Pastor Jeff says that there is a Maginot Line kind of thinking among many who go to church. They have a head-knowledge kind of faith without actually repenting or leaning upon Jesus. It gives them a false sense of security and the enemy uses their unchecked carnality to sometimes damage the fellowship. We continue to look at Simeon who typifies this kind of behavior. So join us in Acts 8 for our time in Sound Doctrine.
