The church is to teach and preach the Word of God. And the church must teach sound doctrine or it's not a church. You see the thing that identified the early church at the beginning, and I go back to the day of Pentecost, we're told that there were certain ones that were added to the church on that day. And what did they do? Well, they continued in the Apostle's doctrine. The thing that marked the early church is Apostle's doctrine. It is the message that's going out over that pulpit that's going to tell whether it's really a church as Paul understood it and as the Word of God declares it.
