Prayer for a nation must begin with confession of sin. Today, we as a nation are not acknowledging our great sins as a people. That's our problem. God sends his warning judgments against us in different ways and we don't recognize them as calling us to repent of our sins. Are we not dealing falsely with our God when we refuse to acknowledge Him and confess and repent of our naional sins. Why should we expect Him to bless America under such terms? If we rebel against our God, He will bfring judgment upon us and the world will know that this nation was judged because of its great disobedience and rebellion against God.
