Do you ever feel like God has forgotten you? As the Israelites were in bondage, they began to feel like the Lord had forsaken them. In Isaiah 49:16 , God says, “See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.” God has written us indelibly on His heart and hands, and He will never forget or forsake us. He assures us of this love through the death of His Son.
