A good number of people experience a sense of pride in earning things for themselves. Most of us work hard to bring home a paycheck, and make our way up through the ranks in our career. But when it comes to salvation we need to set aside our desire to earn it for ourselves, and simply receive the free gift of God’s grace. Today on Focal Point, Mike Fabarez continues a study in 1 Corinthians titled, "All You Need." It's an encouraging reminder of God’s amazing grace.
You can know something about a person, their biography, greatest achievements, famous sayings...but still be a stranger to them. Real relationships require something more. Presence. Pursuit. A genuine willingness to close the distance.
