When it comes to the Bible, there is a lot we could say. It is the word of God communicated by the Holy Spirit through specifically chosen men.It follows the history of the world via God’s interactions with men, tracing God’s plan and purpose throughout history. In fact, the central them of the entire book is God’s Son, Jesus.
In many Bibles, the quoted words of Jesus are printed in Red, and this month Aaron Brockett is sharing from the Bible’s book of John a series of messages simply entitled Red Letter Talks. Aaron Brockett is the preaching minister at Trader’s Point Christian Church with multiple campuses in Indianapolis, IN.
Early in Jesus’ ministry, a highly credentialed member of the Jewish leadership counsel came to Jesus at night with tough questions concerning Jesus’ teaching and entering into the Kingdom of God. Jesus’ Red-Letter response speaks volumes for us today.
