“And he took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and broke, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.” And that is really the particular ministry of apostles, disciples, ministers, evangelists, and Christians today. We are to feed the multitudes—not tell Him how to do it. There are too many people in the church that want to tell how it should be done. There are so few that are willing to do it. Everybody wants to be a head of something, on a committee, doing something; places of leadership. What we need friends—we need these waiters to give out the bread of life. And that bread is the Word of God. That’s our business.
