The thing that got a Moabite maiden by the name of Ruth into the Word of God was because of a decision that she made; a decision that she would come and trust underneath the wings of the God of Israel. This girl Ruth came to the crossroads of life, and she made a decision for God. And because of that she’s written into the genealogy of Jesus Christ, she’s in the Lamb’s Book of Life because one day she made a decision. A woman of purpose. I say this morning that Jesus Christ died for you. You can’t add anything to what He’s done, but you’ll have to come to the place of decision before that will become yours.
